All four cottages are environmentally friendly - inside and out- and feature:
- Gentle ramp to front door - no steps or stairs throughout (except step into Viking shower).
- A car-port and further parking in the courtyard and undercover cycle store.

Open Plan living/dining room, open to eaves with exposed beams.

High levels of insulation, double glazing and solar water heating.
- Fully-fitted well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave etc.
- Well equipped laundry room and outside lines. Shared freezer.
- Colour TV / DVD / Freeview with remote, + CD radio-cassette.

King sized double beds ,non-allergic duvets and pillows.

Bring your own towels, or may be hired at £3 per person per week.

- Leisure barn with , ping-pong, table football, toddler toys, and adjoining games field and climbing frame and swings.
- Visitors have access to our private water frontage, 700 metres from the cottages. Canoes and sailing dinghies can be launched at all states of the tide ( charge applies).
- Milk and groceries including organic veg boxes can be delivered direct to your cottage - ask for details when booking.
- Local internet access by arrangement - full wireles access for enabled laptops
- Comprehensive re-cycling facilities on site
