GRANARY COTTAGE

Stay in our spacious wheelchair accessible and dog-friendly holiday cottage, with open plan living, wet room, two bedrooms and easy access to sailing, East Head beach and Chichester Harbour. Designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind, this is the largest of our four cottages - a bright, spacious and welcoming place to stay for family holidays, get-togethers, special celebrations and relaxed breaks with your dog.

• At the heart of the cottage is a generous open plan living, dining and kitchen area, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. Whether you are cooking, preparing drinks or simply chatting while supper is made, the layout keeps the whole group connected.
  
  
• The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, along with a TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player and a radio/CD player - ideal for relaxed evenings after a day on the water, exploring the coast or enjoying the local countryside and harbour walks with your dog.
  
  
• The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A larger shared freezer is also available in the laundry room next to the cottage, giving you extra space for longer stays.
  
  
• The main bedroom has a king size bed and views across the courtyard and towards the neighbouring farm cottages, giving a peaceful sense of the rural setting. The second bedroom has two single beds, making the cottage a practical choice for families, friends or guests staying with a carer.
  
  
• The recently refurbished bathroom is a wheelchair accessible wet room, with a wheel-in shower, appropriately positioned shower controls, grab rails and support rails for the loo. It has been carefully designed to make stays easier and more comfortable for less able guests.

All our cottages have access to the ramp at the dinghy park. Within just a few minutes, you can be on the water and heading towards the sandy beaches of East Head, or - for more confident sailors - out past Hayling Island and into the Solent. With Chichester Harbour, coastal paths and open countryside nearby, the cottage is also a lovely base for a dog-friendly holiday in West Sussex.

Spacious, accessible and close to the water, this cottage is a comfortable base for enjoying the very best of coastal life, from quiet courtyard mornings to days spent sailing, exploring and relaxing by the sea.
